Yvette and Felipe

I have known Yvette since our days in the credential program.  After the program, we continued to stay in contact.  She is one of the most sweetest person I know.  We have now been teaching for 5 years.  We vent, we celebrate, and we have grown to know each other even more.  This July she is actually getting married so I offer to take their engagement pictures.  We did the shoot early May and it was HOT! Thankfully we got some frames in.  These photos were taking around the Capital and Old Sacramento.  It was tricky at first...I'm not going to lie...but eventually we got the hang of it and produced some great pictures.  Thanks Yvette and Felipe.  I hope you guys like them!

 

San Diego 2011

April 16-19: Our spring break trip this year was in San Diego.  We rented a beach house and spent 4 days there.  Although we had a busy busy stay with lots of activities, we had a blast.  The food there was amazing!!! YUM! Everything we ate was delicious.  I think we all gain a couple of pounds :)  Along the way, I got to practice with my camera and here are the pictures. 

 

 

 

Vietnam

January 6-22:  This was my journey to Phu Yen, Vietnam.  I've only been there one other time in 2003, so it's been 7 years since.  I've actually really enjoyed my experience.  I would of loved to explore more but visiting my family (grandpa, grandma, uncles, and aunts) was fun.  I was only there for 2 weeks in January and left before the Vietnamese New Year celebration so I was bummed.  Overall, I had a very good time and hopefully will return again some time in the future.
